Media Club

The Media Club is an intellectual and creative hub that foster media culture and aptitude among the students. It provides a forum for the students to voice forth their opinions, views, and perspectives on various topics. The main objectives of the club are to provide a platform to improve communicative skills by using English dailies, to enhance keen observation skills, encourage critical thinking, and learn to be effective communicators. The club endorses the students a chance to explore the society more openly and widens the social horizon of the college. With a focus to familiarize skills needed for media industry, the club hosts workshops on various topics video making, Anchoring, RJing, News reporting etc. and numerous competitions. The club also aims to start a student’s blog, to form an editorial board, to publish an annual handwritten book and to organize talks involving media personalities.
