'Anpu' Kerala Intellectual Disability Campaign at KAHM Unity Women's College Manjeri

An awareness program was organized at the Korambayil Ahamed Haji Memorial Unity Women's College Manjeri as part of the "Anpu" Kerala Intellectual Disability Campaign, under the auspices of the Social Justice Department and the State Commissionerate for Persons with Disabilities on 11th February 2026. The program commenced with registration at 9:30 AM.​Junior Superintendent Mr. Manoj Menon delivered the welcome address, and College Principal Prof. (Dr.) Muhammed Basheer Ummathur presided over the function. The College Manager Mr. O. Abdul Ali inaugurated the event.​Mr. Yaser Yaseen, Assistant Professor of Commerce, Mr. Jyothish (BDO Wandoor), Dr. Prabhudas, Mrs. Shahina, and Mr. Abdul Azeez offered felicitations. Administrative Officer Mr. Shibu R. presented the core topic.​Representatives from various departments, including the DHO, DPO, and JD LSGD, addressed the gathering. In conjunction with the program, an adalat regarding UDID cards and legal guardianship was also organized. Mr. Aboobacker K.C. proposed the vote of thanks.
