Christmas Celebration 2025 at KAHM Unity Women's College, Manjeri

KAHM Unity Women's College, Manjeri, joyfully celebrated Christmas 2025 with a vibrant and meaningful program held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 9:30 AM in the C.H. Auditorium.The event commenced with a warm welcome speech delivered by Aysha Liyana, Chairperson of the Haya Students Union, setting a festive and inclusive tone for the gathering.Dr. Jyothi, Principal-in-Charge, presided over the function and delivered the presidential address, emphasizing the values of unity, compassion, and harmony that the season represents.Mrs. Merin Sara, Research Scholar from the Department of Chemistry, shared an inspiring Christmas message, highlighting the significance of love, peace, and goodwill.Adding a literary touch, Dr. Rajani, Assistant Professor in the Department of English, narrated the timeless Christmas story, captivating the audience with its profound narrative.Dr. Hikmathulla V, Advisor of Fine Arts, offered felicitations, appreciating the efforts of the organizers and participants.The cultural highlight was a melodious Christmas song performed by Mr. Shabeer Mon, Head of the Department of History, along with students Afeefa and Miskah, filling the auditorium with festive cheer.The program concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Fathima Rasha, General Secretary of the Haya Students Union, expressing gratitude to all contributors.A special attraction of the celebration was the beautifully arranged  Pulkoodu (Nativity crib), meticulously prepared by the students, depicting the birth of Jesus Christ and adding a traditional Kerala touch to the festivities.
