Eunoia, the Honouring Ceremony 2024-25

IQAC & College Governing Body in association with Department of Physical Education and Zelinda students’ Union Celebrated the Excellence at KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri.

Eunoia , the Honouring Ceremony 2024-25, with the financial support of the College Governing Body at KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, was a grand occasion recognising the outstanding achievements in academics, sports, and research. The event, held at the CH Auditorium on
20 February 2025, commenced with prayer by Ms. Nasla Nazer, followed by welcome address by Dr Shahina Mol A K , the IQAC Coordinator and  addresses by prominent college dignitaries, including Prof. (Dr.) Muhammed Basheer Ummathur, Principal and Jb. P Mohammed A/s Nani, joint secretary of college governing body and chair of the honouring session. A key highlight was the felicitation of Ms. Farisa Rahma K, Gold Medalist in Sword and Shield at the National Games, who shared her inspiring journey before being honoured with multiple awards. 

The inaugural address was delivered by Jb. PV Abdul Wahab, Member of Parliament, who commented on the institution’s role in nurturing talent.
The event also recognised faculty members for their contributions to academics in terms of international research, PhD achievements, research guideship and academic publications, with certificates and cash prizes awarded for publications in ISSN journals and ISBN books. Students excelling in C-Zone competitions, including Monoact, Pookalam, Quiz, Debate, and Oppana, were honoured for their achievements. The ceremony concluded with felicitations from college representatives, a vote of thanks by Ms. Shameema PT, and a spectacular Sword and Shield performance by Ms. Farisa Rahma K and Nyshana. The event reinforced the college’s commitment to fostering academic excellence, research innovation, and sports achievements, creating a strong culture of recognition and encouragement.
