Entrepalooza – Entrepreneurial Day Celebration

The PG Department of Commerce, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, organized Entrepalooza – Entrepreneurial Day Celebration on 20th August 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the College Auditorium.The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Ms. Sini, renowned celebrity makeup artist and alumna of the B.Com 2017 batch, who also delivered an inspiring session on her career journey and entrepreneurial experiences. The function was presided over by the Principal, Prof.Dr. Muhammed Basheer Ummathoor, while the Welcome Address was delivered by T.K. Fathima Shajitha, Head and Associate Professor of the Department of Commerce. The event was graced with felicitations from Engr. O. Abdul Ali, Manager of the Institution.Ms. Mursila Nasri, Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Applications, Ms. Jumana, Assistant Professor of Commerce. A special Honouring Ceremony was also conducted for meritorious students. Ms. Shaja, topper of the outgoing M.Com batch, was recognized, and Ms. Harsha, who secured Ph.D. entrance, was specially appreciated. Ms. Fida, who successfully published in an ISSN journal, was also honoured. In addition, SWAYAM course certificates were distributed to the qualified students. The programme concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks delivered by Ms. Rahiya Thasneem P.P., Coordinator of the Event.The celebration turned out to be a memorable and successful one, offering students valuable insights into entrepreneurship and inspiring them to explore new opportunities. As part of Entrepalooza, a variety of competitions and programmes were organized. These included a Spot Photography Competition, a vibrant Spot Dance Performance, a Movie Exhibition with entrepreneurial themes, and the much-awaited Best Marketing Team Contest – “Marketron”. These programmes added colour to the celebration and provided students with opportunities to showcase their talents and innovative thinking.
