Exam Stress Management Session By Psychology Club

The Psychology Club of KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri organized an Exam Stress Management Session on 30th March 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Department of Psychology. The programme aimed to equip students with effective strategies to manage stress during examinations and enhance their psychological well-being. The session began with a welcome address by Hiba Nourin P., First year Psychology student and secretary of Psychology club. She highlighted the significance of addressing exam-related stress among students and the importance of maintaining mental health during academic challenges. The resource person for the session was Ms. Abhirami O.U., Jeevani Counsellor, who conducted an engaging and informative session. She discussed various aspects of exam stress, including its causes such as anxiety, fear of failure, and academic pressure. She also introduced practical stress management techniques like time management, relaxation exercises, and maintaining a positive attitude. The session was interactive and helped students understand how to cope effectively with exam-related stress. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Rinsha Parveen, Second year Psychology student.
