Inauguration Of Psychology Association 

The inauguration of the Psychology Association was held on 9th January 2025 with great enthusiasm and participation. Mrs. Abhirami, a renowned counselor from Jeevani, as the Chief Guest, and the session was presided over by the Principal of the College.

The program commenced with the welcome speech by Mrs  Fathima Shirin K A, In the  presidential address  Principal,  Pro.Dr Mohammed Basheer Ummathoor highlighted the importance of psychology in modern-day life and appreciated the efforts of the association in creating a platform for learning and collaboration.

Mrs. Abhirami formally inaugurated the association with an inspiring speech, emphasizing the pivotal role of psychology in understanding human behavior and fostering personal growth. She commended the association's commitment to advancing psychological awareness among students and the community.

Following the inauguration, Mrs. Abhirami conducted an insightful session on the topic "Habit Formation." Her talk delved into the psychology behind forming and breaking habits, offering practical strategies for cultivating positive behaviors. The session was highly engaging, with interactive discussions and relatable examples that captivated the audience.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms Riya Fathima expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, the Principal, and all attendees for their support and participation. The event was a resounding success, setting a promising tone for the activities of the Psychology Association in the coming year.
