Stress awareness week 2024

On 7th November 2024, during the association hour as part of Stress Awareness Week, the second-year BSc Psychology students conducted activities related to stress management. They introduced Grounding techniques such as the 54321 (or 5-4-3-2-1) method, which is a grounding exercise designed to manage acute stress and reduce anxiety. Interactive activities such as a poster making competition was also held. Further an open discussion was carried out among the students that paved a space for the students to share their experiences of stress management and stories of resilience.
