World Self-Care Day 2024-2025

The third-year BSc Psychology students observed World Self-Care Day on 18th July 2024 during the association hour highlighting the significance of self-care, presenting various strategies for incorporating it into daily routines. Participants engaged in an informative session covering the benefits of self-care for mental and physical health, followed by a quiz that tested their knowledge on the topic. Additionally, to make the session more engaging and interactive, a 3-minute Zumba session was included, encouraging students to experience the benefits of physical activity as part of self-care
