The Department of Physical Education is committed to the promotion of health, physical activity and sports for the overall development of the student community. The department ensures lifelong fitness and recreation.
The department has always been at the forefront of the sports scenario. Since 1993, the department has been participating in the Calicut University intercollegiate and other major sports activities organised at the district and state levels. Regular coaching is provided to the students in different sports and games.
