On 21st December 2023, the Department of Mathematics, in collaboration with the
Mathematics and Statistics Club, hosted a captivating Expo to commemorate National
Mathematics Day. This event aimed to make mathematics accessible and enjoyable, featuring
participative learning activities and intriguing puzzles.
In the spirit of National Mathematics Day, the Expo facilitated hands-on activities and
interactive sessions, fostering active involvement and a deeper understanding of
mathematical concepts. The event was led by Ms. Ashitha PA, the Coordinator of the
Mathematics and Statistics Club, along with other key contributors such as Ms. Farsana, Ms.
Najiya (Association Secretary), Ms. Rifa, and Sadhiya Sherin. Their collective efforts
significantly enhanced the success of the Expo.
The Mathematics and Statistics Expo on National Mathematics Day highlighted the
department's commitment to creating a positive and interactive learning environment. It

successfully celebrated the spirit of mathematics, making the subject accessible, enjoyable,
and memorable for all participants.
