On November 2, 2023, the Department of Mathematics hosted a highly successful Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting for the fifth-semester BSc students. The meeting facilitated productive discussions between parents and faculty about students' academic progress and career aspirations. Parents also suggested organizing informal, in-person interactions between teachers and students to better understand their potential and explore opportunities in the competitive world.

The event began with a warm welcome from Dr. Bajeel PN, the class tutor, followed by insightful remarks from Mr. Abdul Rof, Head of the Mathematics Department, who shared his concerns about the academic development of the students. Dr. Bajeel PN then provided a detailed update on the students’ performance, with progress reports being distributed to the parents. The session concluded with an opportunity for parents to engage with other faculty members, further strengthening the bond between the department and the student community.
