On behalf of the Department of Home Science a diet counseling centre was inaugurated by Principal Dr. C. Saidalavi on 26th September 2019.There was a display of recipes of balanced diet on the inaugraual session. The main motive of the intervention is to provide awareness about diet and health of the community. It provides nutritional care for encouraging the modification of eating habits and life style changes. It also assisted in prevention of nutrition related illness, health and fitness. Students, teachers and staff of the college visit all Fridays at 1 to 2pm and ask their queries related to diet and nutrition.
