The PG Department of Computer Science, KAHM Unity Women's College (Autonomous), Manjeri, organized a practical session titled “AI for Your Career” in collaboration with GETAI Foundation on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at 10:30 AM in Aryabhatta Hall.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Haris U,Faculty Coordinator, who warmly welcomed the gathering and introduced the resource persons, Mr. Asish George and Mr. Joel James, and highlighted the activities of GETAI Foundation.
The session covered several emerging AI tools and concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, MatterGen, Midjourney, Apify, Vibecoding, and AI applications in semiconductor technology. It also provided insights into AI-powered resume and portfolio building and the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence on recruitment and professional development.
The session was highly interactive and encouraged students to explore the practical applications of AI and stay updated with technological advancements. The programme provided valuable exposure to current AI trends and inspired students to develop skills that will help them adapt to the future of work.
