Invited Talk Series – Season 3, Lecture 1

The first lecture of the Invited Talk Series Season 3 of PG Department of Computer Science was held on June 26, 2025, at 2:50 pm in the Aryabhata Hall. The event began with a welcome speech by Ms. Fathima Fida. Ms. Shameema PT, Assistant Professor, delivered the presidential address, highlighting the importance of upskilling and continuous learning in the IT industry.The session was inaugurated by Dr. Haris U, Head of the Department of Computer Science. The invited talk on the topic “Importance of Upskilling for a Better Career” was handled by Mr. Beni Ishaque, self-taught software developer and founder of Unix2.Mr. Shihabul Haque, IT Club Coordinator, delivered the felicitation address appreciating the efforts of the department and the valuable insights shared by the speaker.The program ended with a vote of thanks by Ms. Mubashira V. The program was coordinated by Ms. Shameema PT, Assistant Professor, and Ms. Fathima Niha AT, Fifth Semester B.Sc. Computer Science. Students and teachers worked together to make the event a successful and enriching experience.
