The Department of Chemistry, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, in association with the KSWDC Women Cell and Alchem Unity, organized an Alumni Lecture Series on 12 January 2026 at 10.00 AM in Aryabhatta Hall. The programme aimed to inspire students through alumni interaction and to emphasize personal growth, discipline, and purpose-driven learning.

The lecture was delivered by Ms. Munavvira Muhammed, an alumna of the BSc Chemistry (2013–2015) batch, currently serving as a Teacher Educator at SSMO Teacher Training College, Tirurangadi, and a Mind Power Trainer. She spoke on the topic “The Power Within: Mind, Discipline & Purpose”, sharing insights on self-confidence, mental strength, goal setting, and the role of discipline in academic and personal success. Her session was engaging and relatable, drawing from her own academic journey and professional experiences.

The lecture was well received by the students, who actively participated in the interactive discussion that followed. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Jamsheena V, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, with Ms. Niya Henna as the Student Coordinator. The session proved to be highly motivating and reinforced the strong bond between the institution and its alumni while encouraging students to pursue their goals with clarity and determination.
