The third talk of the International Webinar Series FCR 2025 was held on 13th September 2025, chaired by Dr. Jyothi P. The session was delivered by Dr. Deepak Joshy, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb, Croatia, on the topic “Wearable Optical (Bio)chemical Sensors”. In his presentation, Dr. Joshy discussed recent advancements and applications of optical sensing technologies in healthcare and environmental monitoring, and also shared his research journey, experiences, along with valuable insights into funding opportunities and career prospects in various fields of chemistry. The session was anchored by Ms. Hana Fathima, and the vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Jasna V. C.
