Workshop on Origin and Chemdraw
On December 15, 2025, the Department of Chemistry at KAHM Unity Women’s College successfully organized the ‘Wear the Warmth’ initiative, a program rooted in the spirit of social responsibility and community welfare. The primary goal was to collect clean, useful, and unused clothing from the homes of students and faculty to support those in need. Under the guidance of faculty coordinator Dr. Jasna V C and student coordinator Fathima Hana, the department set up dedicated collection points that saw an overwhelming response. To ensure the dignity of the recipients, the organizing committee performed a rigorous sorting and quality check, ensuring that every piece of clothing was in excellent condition. These contributions were formally donated to the IMB Valiyettipparamb Charitable Trust in Manjeri, marking a meaningful step toward supporting the local community and fostering empathy among the students.
