On 20th September 2025, PG and Research Department of Botany organized a Botanical Photography session for the First Semester B.Sc. Botany (Honours) students in connection with World Photography Day 2025. The program aimed to encourage students to observe nature through a botanical perspective and capture its beauty through the lens. Students enthusiastically participated in the session, showcasing their creativity and scientific outlook by photographing various aspects of plant life. The activity not only highlighted the artistic skills but also nurtured their appreciation for biodiversity and the intricate details of the plant world. The event coordinated by Dr. Deepa P. and Ms. Hiba K., 1st Semester B.Sc. Botany (Honours). The session provided a unique blend of art and science, making it both an educational and memorable experience for the budding botanists.
