An archeological study trip to Agra and Delhi
PG Department of Botany at KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, organized an archaeological study trip for Sixth-Semester B.Sc. Botany students to Agra and Delhi from 28th December 2024 to 6th January 2025. During the trip, the students visited prominent historical landmarks such as the Agra Fort, Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Qutub Minar and Lotus Temple. The trip provided an opportunity to explore and understand the historical and cultural significance of these architectural marvels. Observing the intricate designs, construction techniques and historical contexts enhanced the student's appreciation of India’s rich heritage and deepened their understanding of the influence of history on art and architecture.
