  • 26 Dec / 2025

As part of the NSS camp activities, a wall painting programme titled “Colour of Joy” was conducted at a nearby Anganwadi on 27 December 2025 at 8:30 AM. The main objective of the programme was to create a joyful, colourful, and child-friendly atmosphere that supports learning and happiness among young children.

NSS volunteers enthusiastically took part in the activity by preparing the walls and painting them with bright and attractive colours. The artworks included illustrations of animals, fruits, flowers, alphabets, numbers, and simple moral messages that help children learn in a playful manner. The creative efforts of the volunteers transformed the Anganwadi into a lively and welcoming space filled with positivity.

The Anganwadi staff warmly appreciated the initiative and expressed their happiness at the beautiful change in the environment. The programme helped in enhancing the visual appeal of the Anganwadi while also instilling a strong sense of social responsibility, teamwork, and creativity among the volunteers.

Overall, the “Colour of Joy” wall painting programme was a successful and meaningful activity that brought happiness to the children and satisfaction to everyone involved.
