NAMMALIDAM 2K25  DAY 4, Session 13 Fit Move

As part of the programme schedule, a Morning Exercise and was conducted on 26 December 2025 at 6:30 AM. The session was guided by Mr. Muhammedali Kanniyan, who served as the mentor for the programme.

The session began with light warm-up exercises, followed by a series of stretching movements and basic.The exercises were simple yet effective, enabling all participants to actively take part.

The calm morning atmosphere added to the effectiveness of the session, helping participants feel refreshed and energized.The session concluded with relaxation techniques and deep breathing, leaving the participants motivated and physically rejuvenated.
Overall, the Morning Exercise  was highly beneficial and set a positive and energetic tone for the day’s activities.
