NAMMALIDAM 2K25 — Day 2, Session 4 Chaidanyoodayam – Morning Exercise and Assembly
The second day of the NAMMALIDAM 2K25 NSS camp began with a refreshing morning exercise session titled “Chaidanyoodayam.” The session started at 6:30 AM and was led by Muhsina K, a student from BA. English. All NSS volunteers actively participated in the exercises, which included warm-up and stretching activities that energized everyone for the day ahead.
Following the exercise, a gaming session was held on the school ground under the coordination of the NSS Secretaries. The fun-filled games helped boost the volunteers’ team spirit and set a positive tone for the rest of the day.
After the games, an assembly was conducted where all the NSS volunteers gathered together. The day’s schedule and duties were discussed, and important announcements were made by the Programme Officers Dr. Haris Um. and Dr. Faseela P. The assembly helped volunteers stay organized and prepared for the upcoming sessions and community activities.
