HIV Awareness Arts Programme
On 22 September 2025, the NSS Units 008 & 171 of KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, hosted the HIV Awareness Arts Programme in collaboration with the Manoranjan Kozhikode team, a government-supported group dedicated to creating awareness about HIV/AIDS.
The team conveyed important messages about HIV prevention and awareness through dance, songs, mimicry, and skits. Their performances combined entertainment with education, making it easier for students to understand the seriousness of the issue while still keeping the sessions lively and engaging.
NSS volunteers actively took part in the programme, gaining valuable insights about HIV/AIDS in a way that was both meaningful and memorable.
