NSS Units 008 & 171 of KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri in association with JCI Manjeri organized the "SHEROS DAY" Women's Day Celebration on 11th March 2025. The event aimed to honor the spirit, achievements, and empowerment of women through sessions on Leadership Skills, Health & Wellness, and Entrepreneurship.
The program began with a welcome speech by Dr. Haris U, NSS Programme Officer, followed by the Presidential Address by JC Dr. Niyas Kurikkal, who emphasized women’s contributions and leadership. The empowerment sessions were conducted by JCI India Zone Trainers, JCI Sen Saleem and Jc Dr. Sadaqathulla Thahir. They covered leadership qualities, health and wellness, and entrepreneurial opportunities, inspiring participants to take on leadership roles and explore business ventures.
Fathima Hana served as the Master of Ceremony, ensuring smooth coordination. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Lady Jaycee Safwana, expressing gratitude to the speakers, organizers, and attendees. The Sheroes Day celebration was a meaningful and inspiring event, successfully promoting women’s empowerment through knowledge-sharing and skill-building sessions. The collaboration between JCI Manjeri and NSS Units made it a remarkable success.
