NSS Special Camp 'Punarjani' - Session 21: Indian Constitution Literacy Project Campaign
On the fifth day of NSS 7-day residential camp, the volunteers actively participated in the Indian Constitution Literacy Project Campaign. This significant initiative involved distributing copies of the Indian Constitution Preamble to the local houses in the 5th ward of Pookkottur Panchayath.
The volunteers not only handed out the Constitution Preamble copies but also engaged with the residents to raise awareness about the fundamental rights that is given to all citizens of India. They conducted interactive sessions at each house, explaining the importance of each right and the role it plays in the everyday lives of citizens. These sessions were designed to be educational, ensuring that the community members understood their rights and responsibilities as citizens of India.
