NSS Special Camp 'Punarjani' - Session 15: Sukruthakeralam Project - Campus Beautification and Vegetable Gardening

On the fourth day of the NSS 7 day residential camp, the volunteers gathered at 8:30 AM for a Campus Beautification and Vegetable Gardening session as part of the Sukrthakeralam Project on 23rd December 2024. The primary objective of the session was to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the campus and contribute to sustainable living through the creation of a vegetable garden.

The volunteers actively participated in various activities, including planting a variety of plants and vegetables. They worked diligently to prepare the soil, plant the saplings, and ensure they were properly watered and cared for. Additionally, the volunteers took part in weeding activities, plucking weeds around the trees and other planted areas inside and near campus to promote healthier growth and a cleaner environment.

The enthusiasm and teamwork of the volunteers were truly inspiring. Their collective efforts not only improved the campus's appearance but also instilled a sense of environmental responsibility and community spirit among all participants.
