INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR OLDER PERSONS
On 1st October 2024, the 008 and 171 NSS Units of KAHM Unity Women's College, Manjeri, celebrated International Day for Older Persons as part of the Swachhatha Hi Seva campaign. The event highlighted the importance of cleanliness, public health, and respect for the elderly in society. A campus-wide oath-taking ceremony was held at 2 PM, with Rasha, the NSS Secretary, leading the oath. This initiative brought together students and staff in a pledge to promote cleanliness, dignity, and care for older persons, reinforcing the college's commitment to social responsibility and community well-being.
