FIRING PRACTICE AT FAROOK COLLEGE FIRING RANGE

A firing practice was conducted at the Farook College Firing Range on 27th February 2026. A total of 60 first and second year cadets participated in the session.The cadets were trained in the safe handling and firing of the .22 Deluxe Rifle. Each cadet fired three rounds in the lying position, strictly following range safety procedures. The practice was conducted in the presence of Col. Venkatesan R, Commanding Officer, under the guidance of Lt. Loosiya KP, Associate NCC Officer, and the PI Staff of 9 (K) Girls Battalion NCC, Calicut. The session enhanced the cadets’ confidence, discipline, and marksmanship skills.
