UO Shahana MP (VI Sem BSc FCS) and CDT Asifah P (IV Sem BCom Cooperation), NCC cadets, successfully completed the All India Trekking Camp - Shivaji Trail Trek (STT) 2025 conducted by NCC Group, Kolhapur on behalf of Maharashtra Directorate from 25th November to 5th December 2025. The aim of the trek was to provide cadets with historical awareness, physical endurance, leadership exposure, and an opportunity to experience the legendary trail of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. As part of the Kerala and Lakshadweep SW Contingent, they actively participated in the week-long AITC Shivaji Trail Trek - II, which included trekking across key historical locations such as Panhala Fort, Bambvade, Malkapur, Pawankhind, and Vishalgarh Fort, along with attending briefings, warcraft demonstrations, and cultural events. Through this trek, the cadets gained valuable insights into Maratha history, strengthened their discipline and resilience, enhanced their team spirit and developed a deeper sense of national pride.
