HIROSHIMA DAY - DIGITAL POSTER MAKING COMPETITION
The NCC Army Wing observed Hiroshima Day on August 6, 2023, by conducting a digital poster-making competition. The purpose of the day, which commemorates the anniversary of the World War II nuclear assaults on the Japanese city of Hiroshima, is to increase public awareness of the catastrophic consequences of nuclear weapons. A total of 10 students participated in the competition. Fidha Fahmin. U (3rd Sem BSc Mathematics) and Fidha (1st Sem BSc Botany) bagged the first and second prizes, respectively. Lt. Loosiya KP, Associate NCC Officer, and UO Ayisha Risni (V Sem BSc Psychology) coordinated the competition.
