The Republic Day of India is celebrated every year on January 26th to commemorate the day when the Constitution of India came into effect in 1950. This important day marks the transition of India from a British colony to a republic. NCC Army Wing of KAHM Unity Women’s College started Republic Day celebration with the flag hoisting by College Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Muhammed Basheer Ummathur. ANO Lt. Loosiya. KP welcomed the college Principal and the cadets. After that, the Principal delivered the Republic day message to NCC Cadets. A vote of thanks was given by UO Shana Buhaisa P(6th Sem BSc CS). The programme ended with the NCC Song and the National anthem.
