Seethi Sahib Chair for Cultural and Political Studies in collaboration with Zelinda Students Union screened the film "Oru Jathi Pillerishta" on 19 February 2025 in front of an enthusiastic audience. The Screening was followed by an interaction with the director of the movie Prasanth Ezhavan. The director shared his experience of making the film through crowd funding and the difficulties he has faced. The politically sensitive film was a reaction against the hastily implemented EWS reservation, he added.
