The Wellness Club, in collaboration with the Mental Health Club, successfully conducted a workshop on Stress Management Techniques on 19th February 2025. The session was led by Mrs. Abhirami, an experienced Jeevani Counsellor, who provided valuable insights into managing stress effectively. The event aimed to create awareness about stress, its impact on mental well-being, and practical strategies for coping with it.
The workshop received positive feedback from participants, who found the session informative and engaging. Many expressed that they gained practical tools to incorporate into their daily routines. The interactive approach and real-life examples provided by Mrs. Abhirami were particularly appreciated.
