Coordinated by Ms. Reena C.M. from the P.G. Department of English, the trip included the participation of 54 students, accompanied by teachers Ms. Reena C.M., Ms. Kamila Gulnar, and Ms. Namitha M.P. The journey began at 4:00 PM from Tirur Railway Station, filled with enthusiasm for the days ahead.

The first stop was Delhi, where students explored historic landmarks such as the Red Fort, Qutub Minar, India Gate, and the Lotus Temple. These sites provided rich insights into India’s architectural and cultural heritage. The students also visited the bustling Chandni Chowk, experiencing the vibrancy of local markets and the diversity of Delhi’s street food.

From Delhi, the group traveled to Agra, home to the iconic Taj Mahal. Witnessing the grandeur of this architectural wonder left a lasting impression on students and teachers alike. The journey continued to Kullu and Manali, where the scenic landscapes and snow-capped mountains provided a refreshing change. The students participated in adventure activities such as trekking and river rafting, which fostered teamwork and resilience. In Manali, the group visited popular attractions including the Solang Valley and Hadimba Temple, immersing themselves in the natural beauty and unique cultural experiences of the region.

The trip concluded with a return journey, filled with reflections on the blend of history, culture, and adventure experienced. The students returned with new friendships, cherished memories, and a deeper appreciation for India’s diverse heritage. The trip was a resounding success, enriching students’ educational experience beyond the classroom and inspiring a love for exploration.
