READERS' FORUM

The Readers’ Forum at K.A.H.M Unity Women’s College is formed under the auspices of the college library. It is a spirited circle focusing on academic excellence, infusing the learning community with a habit of reading and critical thinking. The forum comprises teachers and selected students from various departments of the institution. It provides students an ideal platform to discuss and share their experiences and findings based on any book of their choice. 

The forum conducts various programs based on reading experiences every Tuesday from 3:10 PM to 4:30 PM. During these sessions, a student or teacher selects any book of their choice from any discipline and discusses its content within the circle. Both the learning and teaching community share their views and perspectives in a healthy manner. The books selected for discussion are made available in the college library for further reference. The forum helps learners improve their skills in debate, interpersonal communication, public speaking, and more. Apart from book discussions and presentations, the forum also invites resource persons for talks and debates.
