Inauguration of the Human Rights and Legal Awareness Club
The Human Rights and Legal Awareness Club of KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, was inaugurated on 27th October 2022.
Adv. Abdurahiman Karat, President, Malappuram Block Panchayat, served as the inaugurator. In his address, he stressed the importance of legal awareness for ensuring justice and equality.
Adv. Ashitha TR, advocate and social worker, delivered a talk on "Justice in Gender Justice," offering valuable insights into gender equality and legal rights.
The event began with a welcome address by TT Abdul Razak, Faculty Coordinator of the club, and concluded with a vote of thanks by Anjala K, Secretary of the club.
The program successfully laid the foundation for the club’s efforts in promoting human rights and legal awareness among students.
