PCOS Awareness Campaign by KSWDC Women Cell
The KSWDC Women Cell of KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, organized a PCOS Awareness Campaign in connection with International Women’s Day. the event was held on 12 March 2026, 11 am in the Aryabhata The Raising awareness about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) was the prime focus. Dr. LUBNA P*, BAMS MD (AY), delivered the technical session. In the session chaired by the college principal, Dr Sandhya , Secretary, AMAI Manjeri area delivered the inaugural address. Dr. Shahina Mol A K. and M. P. Nashwa (2nd Sem B.Sc. FCS) served as the faculty coordinator and student coordinator respectively. The campaign aimed to educate participants about PCOS, its implications, and management, aligning with International Women’s Day celebrations to promote women’s health awareness.The session was followed by free PCOS Screening test which was led by five doctors .
