KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri
She Skills Hub- Empowering Women through Style and Skill
As part of its commitment to empowering women through skill development, the Women Cell of KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri facilitated the participation of 70 students in a series of vocational training programs organized by the Subbarao PAI Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI), Wandoor during vacation. The training programs included:
•    Stitching
•    Junior Beauty Practitioner
•    Fashion Designing
Each of these courses was designed as a 30-day intensive training program, equipping students with practical skills aimed at promoting self-reliance and employability. The initiative provided a platform for students to gain hands-on experience and enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities in line with the Women Cell's objectives of fostering empowerment through skill acquisition.
The students successfully completed the training during the vacation period  (April and May 2025) makes them to encouraging economic independence and the Women Cell remains committed to organizing more such impactful programs in the future.
