Towards a Professional Development Culture of Peer Observation and Feedback .
A peer observation session was arranged between Ms Vineetha of English department and Dr. N.V. Fathimathu Zuhara of the department of Home Science on 14th November, 2023. Following the formative model, the observation is intended to provide opportunities for teachers to reexamine the teaching process with a pre-observation, observation and post-observation cycle with a feedback dialogue between the observer and the observee.
