NATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION DAY 2022
Aim, Objectives, and Scope of the programme:
Energy comes in many forms, but only electrical energy and thermal energy (fuel) can be saved. It results in pollution and eradication of natural resources if these types of energy are used in excess. To conserve energy, one uses less of it. National Energy Conservation Day aims to generate awareness among the masses in India about the importance of saving energy. People are also kept in the loop on new courses of action and plans that are being formulated. Information is given on minimizing energy waste and how the public can do their part in conserving resources. Essentially, the main objective of the day is to reduce the use of energy and to encourage people to use it efficiently. Understand energy conservation methods, Prevention of misuse of energy, promote minimum energy usage, avoid wastage of energy, promote usage of energy efficient devices are the main aims and objectives of observing Energy Conservation Day.
The scope of the programme lies in the fact that available energy resources are deteriorating day by day. So it is very important to reduce the usage of energy as far possible, so that we can ensure that our future generation will not be in trouble.
