GRADUATE READINESS SESSION ON "THE RESILIENT GRADUATE - THRIVING IN AN EVER-CHANGING WORLD"
An orientation programme on “The Resilient Graduate - Thriving in an Ever-changing World” was organised by the IQAC for the fifth-semester undergraduate and fourth semester postgraduate students. The programme was held in the college auditorium on 2nd June 2026 at 1:40 p.m. The session was led by Ms. M. K. Vineetha, Assistant Professor, PG and Research Department of English & Dean of Students' Welfare, K.A.H.M Unity Women’s College (Autonomous), Manjeri, as part of a graduation readiness initiative. The program was inaugurated by the Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Muhammed Basheer Ummathur, and the welcome address was delivered by Dr. N. V. Fatimathu Zuhara, IQAC Coordinator. Ms. M.K. Vineetha conducted an engaging and interactive session, encouraging students to develop resilience and prepare for life beyond academics, and her insights helped students gain a clearer perspective on future challenges and opportunities. Ms. Reena C. M., Assistant Professor, Department of English, further enriched the session by sharing her real-life experiences, which added depth and inspiration. Feedback was provided by Ms. Rajah and Ms. Shifna Jahan, who appreciated the session’s relevance and impact, and the programme was found to be informative, motivating, and highly beneficial for all participants.
