Sports help to develop the overall personality of the students by shaping physical, mental and social well-being. Sports have been viewed as a way to stay healthy and in shape, moreover, sports teaches life lessons like discipline, responsibility, self-confidence, accountability, and teamwork.

Henry Baker College is equipped with good sports facilities for the students and staff and is proactive in developing Sports infrastructure for the benefit of the student community. We’ve specially developed a sports environment with good standards and gives a truly worthy experience to all our students. The college offers facilities for the students to participate and train in both indoor and outdoor sports and games. The Department of Physical Education guides the overall physical development and training for different sports that are assigned to various coaches appointed by the college. The services of these coaches are on a temporary basis for the intercollegiate and other tournament period. The student gets an added advantage with the help of experts in the concerned sports and games.
