Peer Inspiration Talk – “Rising Strong: From Struggles to Strength”
On thursday, 26th February 2026, the History Club of the Department of History, K.A.H.M Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, organized a Peer Inspiration Talk titled “Rising Strong: From Struggles to Strength” at Aryabhata Hall, K.A.H.M UnityWomen’sCollegeManjeri. The session was led by Ms. Laila Nasreen VP, who shared her personal journey of struggles and achievements, inspiring students to view setbacks as stepping stones to success. She emphasized the importance of resilience, self-confidence, and perseverance in overcoming life’s challenges.The interactive session addressed practical issues such as overcoming stage fear, understanding how fear develops, and managing different types of fears through experience and self-awareness. The speaker also encouraged students to treat fear seriously, practice kindness, and recognize individual differences. Coordinated by Ms. Jaseena, the programme witnessed active participation from students and faculty members.
