The English Association of the PG & Research Department of English, KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, was inaugurated on 16th February 2026 at 9:40 AM in the CH Auditorium.The event began with the Welcome Address by Dr. Krishna Sunder A., Association Co-ordinator. The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. Shahina Mol A. K., Head of the Department. The Inaugural Address was delivered by Ms. Kaikasi V. S., Associate Professor, Govt. Arts & Science College, Mankada. This was followed by felicitations from student representatives. The formal inaugural session concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. Finsha P., Association Secretary. The session was gracefully anchored by Ms. Minha, who coordinated the programme smoothly.After the formal session, a short snack break was arranged. Following the break, the Principal briefly graced the programme with his presence. Subsequently, Ms. Kaikasi V. S. delivered her talk on the topic “The Language of Stories, The World of Languages: Celebrating Literature & Global English.” The programme marked a meaningful beginning to the Association’s activities for the upcoming year.
