Ms Ayisha Zidha of the PG and Research Department of English, delivered a session on “Interview Readiness” for degree final year students at Najath College of Science and Technology, Karuvarakund on 19th January 2026. The session was organized by Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC), Government of Kerala, as part of the Vijnanakeralam initiative. The session aimed at equipping students with effective interview training techniques and strategies. The programme is a key initiative of the Kerala Government intended to improve employability among college graduates in Kerala by strengthening their communication and language skills, thereby aligning academic competencies with industry requirements.
