Interactive session on ‘Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS) registration’

An engaging and informative session was held for postgraduate students at KAHM Unity Women’s College, Manjeri, focussing on the Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS). The program was a collaborative effort with ASAP Ventures, conducted as part of Youth Day initiative. The event was organised by the college's ASAP coordinator, Dr. Krishna Sunder A, Assistant Professor from the P.G and Research Department of English.The session was led by Ms. Aparna, a representative from the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC). She provided a clear and interactive overview of the DWMS platform, highlighting its importance in bridging the gap between skilled youth and relevant job opportunities. Ms. Aparna guided students through the registration process, ensuring they understood how to create a professional profile and leverage the system's features to their advantage.The primary objective of the session was to facilitate student registration on the DWMS portal. With Ms. Aparna's assistance, students were able to complete their profiles, marking a significant step towards connecting with potential employers and upskilling opportunities provided by the platform. The event was well-received by the students, who appreciated the practical guidance and the opportunity to engage directly with a K-DISC representative.
