The P.G Department of Commerce (CA) organized Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meeting on 31st October 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Kaizen Hall. The objective of meeting was strengthening the relationship between parents and teachers and to discuss the overall academic progress of the students.

The session began with a welcome address by Ms. Jumana M, Assistant Professor (Adhoc) and Head of the Department,  who extended a warm welcome to all the parents and appreciated their active participation in the academic journey of their wards. In her address, she highlighted the importance of continuous interaction between parents and teachers in ensuring students’ academic excellence and holistic development. She also gave a brief presentation to the gathering about the department's various curricular and co-curricular initiatives, highlighting the achievements of last year  using a PowerPoint presentation.

After that, the meeting proceeded with separate sessions led by the class tutors of I, III, and V semester classes. Each tutor presented a detailed report on the academic performance, attendance, and behaviour of the students. Progress reports were distributed to parents, and signatures were obtained from them to ensure effective communication and acknowledgment of their ward’s performance.

The meeting concluded with an interactive session, where parents shared their suggestions and concerns, and the faculty responded positively, ensuring a cooperative effort towards the academic excellence and holistic growth of the students.
