Invited talk on " Upskilling and Re-skilling Through Higher Education"
The Department of Commerce at KAHM Unity Women's College, Manjeri, organized an invited talk on "Upskilling and Reskilling Through Higher Education" on September 11, 2025. The event took place at 2:50 PM in the CH Auditorium. Ms. M.K. Vineetha, Assistant Professor , PG & Research Department of English, served as the resource person for the talk. The faculty co-ordinator for the event was Ms. Farseena Jabeen K, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, while Fathima Lubna k, Association Secretary of V Sem B.Com Co-operation, acted as the student co-ordinator. The talk aimed to provide insights into the importance of upskilling and reskilling through higher education.In today's rapidly changing job market, the ability to upskill and reskill is crucial for individuals to remain competitive and adaptable. By focusing on this theme, the Department of Commerce likely sought to equip students with a better understanding of the need of continuously develop their skills and knowledge to succeed in their future careers.
