NSS Special Camp 'Punarjani' - Session 5: Financial Literacy Awareness

Day two of the NSS 7-day residential camp "Punarjani" featured an essential Financial Literacy awareness session on 21st December 2024 conducted by Ms. Muhsinath, a CFL Associate from Malappuram. The felivitstion was given by Mr. Nidhin, CFL Associate, Malappuram. The session aimed to educate volunteers on critical aspects of financial security and awareness.
Ms. Aneesa, Volunteer, opened the session with a warm welcome, setting a positive tone for the event. Ms. Muhsinath then addressed various issues such as bank rent, OTP security, online fraud problems, etc. Her talk provided valuable insights into recognizing and preventing financial scams, highlighting the importance of vigilance in an increasingly digital world.
The session was highly interactive, with volunteers actively engaging in discussions. Ms. Dilna, Ms. Ayisha Farhath, and Ms. Najiya Thasni MP, Volunteers, shared their feedback and personal experiences with online fraud, adding a practical perspective to the session.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Nima, Volunteer, who expressed gratitude to Ms. Muhsinath for her informative and eye-opening presentation.
